You can either opt for working with me per session or purchase a package.
The single-session option offers more freedom and flexibility and is usually efficient when dealing with a one-time specific situation.
A package sets up a container of time spent together where a transformational process can emerge. We start by addressing the areas of life that need most attention. From there, we create space for your emotions to manifest and listen to the insights they bring to the matters in hand. You learn to recognize the subtle needs and values hidden behind each emotion. At your own pace, I gently guide you on how to rekindle the relationship with yourself, by integrating these discoveries, taking care of yourself and be mindful of others.

I offer virtual sessions worldwide.
Virtual sessions are done via Google Meet or WhatsApp. In case those options are not accessible or desired, we can choose other mediums such as FaceTime or Facebook video.
Online sessions offer a level of privacy and connection comparable to in-person ones. And more flexibility. People all over the world can connect deeply with their emotions and overcome challenges, from the comfort of their home. Not to mention they have the opportunity to actually SEE themselves in the process!

Working with Julia was a new thing after several failed attempts with other therapists. The most important thing that I found out is that you somehow need to "click" with the person who is there to help you, otherwise it doesn't matter if she/he is the best in the world because you won't be able to work together. I think this was the best thing here since this has made our sessions seem like the friendliest interactions you can ever have.
From the improvement perspective, the biggest change was my anger/anger management after these few months. I’ve learned to think before my actions, to have more faith in me, to appreciate even my slightest achievements and the list can continue if I'm gonna continue talking. About a year ago I was drowning. Not that I cannot swim, cause I can, just that sometimes we are caught unexpectedly in a current beyond our control and we might just find it hard to resist it.
