I'm Julia
I’m an Emotional Growth Guide & Integrative Coach, a meaning seeker, and a world traveler. I help people cultivate a new relationship with their feelings, by understanding, accepting, and using their emotions in a clever way.
My method is grounded in the ancient and indigenous people’s wisdom. It has come to life during years of studies and travels. By absorbing theoretical knowledge, as well as through hundreds of encounters with people of the world. Now, I’m thrilled to share my discoveries with you!

Understanding people around me and alleviating the pressure of suffering has always been important to me. However, it took years of confusion, filled with moments of inner conflict and external struggles, along with a long journey of self-discovery, for me to fully embrace my calling.
My story begins in Central Eastern Europe, In Romania, my beautiful country guarded by Carpathians Mountains and nourished by the Wild Danube Delta.
In this place, I first learned what it means to be part of a family, a community, something bigger than just myself. It was here that I understood the importance of contributing to a purpose beyond me. During those childhood days, I experienced the strength of the “tribe” and the sense of belonging, with all the joys and challenges that come with it.
Giving back came very natural to me. I truly began this work when I had the opportunity to join some of the world’s leading international aid organizations. My efforts spanned a wide range of humanitarian causes, supporting vulnerable populations through social intervention programs that have proven effective globally.
I’ve witnessed the strength of people coming together and the beauty of their achievements.
I gained trust that we can overcome any difficulty in life if we hold hands and collaborate.
As my experiences grew and developed, my emotions slowly began to slide from the initial enthusiasm to a season of overwhelm. I was helping many people in the most vulnerable times of their lives, yet I could feel my deeds only reached the surface of their struggle. The assistance programs were improving the symptoms, but not healing the problem from its root. On top of that, my highly sensitive nature made me prone to feeling each pain as my own, limiting my capacity to be of further service.
I knew it in my heart, there must be a more sustainable way to bring relief, relief to others and myself. So, I decided to dive deeper and find the key to accessing a fulfilled and balanced life.
I traveled the world.
I shared conversations and interacted with hundreds of people, from many cultures and backgrounds. We honored our similarity and celebrated our diversity.

Above all, I’ve come to see we are all united by emotions. Like an invisible web that connects us to our humanity. Yet, how we feel and interpret them is uniquely our own, like individual patterns in a colorful, intricate web of shared experience.
Captivated and inspired by these discoveries, I became a student of the science of the soul, psychology. Simultaneously, I tapped into the wisdom of ancient spirituality and feminine rituals.
I’ve learnt emotions are in fact logic, and constitute an immeasurable inner resource.
Just as a foreign language is gibberish at first, feelings are a language in and of themselves. Once we decode their messages, they become our compass, guiding us through life’s journeys.
It was this growing understanding of emotions that eventually led me to Austin, Texas, in the heart of the American South. Here, I gained a fresh outlook on life — one that values and honors each individual voice.
I tasted the freedom of making my own choices and the responsibility that stems from it. I embraced the truth that taking care of oneself is a duty, which ultimately grants the power and stability of the entire community.
Finally, I gathered the pieces of the puzzle. I uncovered a new way of relating to the world and to myself. This brought about the understanding, peace, and joy I sought for so long.
My own process, backed by continuous education, inspired me to shape an integrative guidance. Essentially, one that creates space for feelings. A safe place to embrace our authentic nature, leverage who we really are and change our lives for good!
